Project Highlights
Paul Frampton Design supplied 20 bespoke commercial leather bar stools for Go In Bar, Switzerland, comprising 8 Chuppo Hyde bar stools with backrests and 12 Charlie Hyde backless bar stools.
Although the stools serve different areas of the venue, they were designed as a complementary family. Both models were handcrafted using matching 25mm box-section steel frames and upholstered in Highland Whisky leather, creating a consistent industrial aesthetic throughout the bar while providing seating tailored to each location.
The Charlie Hyde stools were manufactured to a bespoke height for the main bar, while the Chuppo Hyde stools with backrests were built to a different custom height for the window dining area, ensuring optimum comfort throughout the venue.
Design Considerations
Two Designs, One Family
Chuppo Hyde and Charlie Hyde stools were specified together, sharing the same handcrafted 25mm box-section steel frames and Highland Whisky leather upholstery to create a consistent aesthetic throughout the venue.
Bespoke Heights
The Charlie Hyde stools were manufactured to a bespoke height for the main bar, while the Chuppo Hyde stools with backrests were built to a different height for the window dining area, providing the ideal seating position in each location.
Built for Hospitality
Handcrafted steel frames and premium leather upholstery were selected to withstand the demands of daily commercial use while providing exceptional comfort for customers.
Highland Whisky Leather
The rich Highland Whisky leather was chosen to contrast with the contemporary interior, adding warmth and character while maintaining a timeless industrial style.
